Shipping & Delivery

 

When will my order ship?
Customer Service is closed Thanksgiving Day. We’ll answer Customer Service requests Monday, 11/28. The Distribution Center may take up to 2 to 5 business days to process your order depending on order volume and product availability date. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. If you need additional information regarding ship date please contact O’Neill Customer Service at oneillorders@shoponeillusa.com.

Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?
We are happy to announce that we are now able to ship to PO Box Addresses and APO/FPO Military Addresses.  Please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses.

Returns & Replacements

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at shoponeillusa.com.  So if you are not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process using the free return label included in your shipping package and your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
To return to O’Neill, please follow these steps:
Note the items you are returning, including a reason code in the shaded section.
Indicate the appropriate reason code.
  • Enclose the return form in the original package (perforate at center section) and retain the upper portion for your records.
  • Remove or cover any other labels and barcodes on the package.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returns to be processed. Also, be aware that your credit card company may require up to an additional 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account. If you ship a return package on your own, please make sure to use a traceable and insured shipping method and send it to the address below.

What happens if I have received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
We will refund or exchange the damaged merchandise. If you receive damaged or incorrect product please make sure to tell the Customer Service Representative, they will instruct you on how to proceed.

O’Neill will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.

You can view your orders and check on their status by logging into your account.

What if I do not receive my entire order?
We strive to fill every order placed as quickly as possible. However inventory is subject to change and any unavailable item will be cancelled. We do not back order any items. We will only charge your account for product that has been shipped.

Updating Account Information
You can also update all your account info by logging into your account.


Important information regarding Authorization Holds
Credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you.  However, any order, or attempted order, placed using a debit card will reflect an “authorization hold”.  The amount of the “authorization hold” will immediately be reserved and held by your financial institution, meaning the authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases.  Once your order has shipped, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your bank account and the original "authorization hold(s)" will be voided.  Although most holds last for 3 to 7 business days, the duration of these holds can vary greatly.  Please contact your bank for their policy regarding authorization holds. 


Supply Chain

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requires us to disclose our efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our direct supply chains.

Verification of Product Supply Chains: We maintain a policy to assess product supply chains to reduce risks of human trafficking and slavery. Audits are not currently conducted by a third party.

Supplier Compliance Audits: We are currently developing an audit schedule and process for supplier evaluation, which we plan to be both announced and unannounced.

Direct Supplier Certification: We are continuing to develop a process for our direct suppliers to certify compliance with slavery and human trafficking laws of their respective countries.

Internal Accountability Standards and Procedures: Contractors will be required to be familiar with our slavery and trafficking standards. Contractors found to be out of compliance will be responsible for developing an action plan. If the action plan goals are not met, the contractor will be subject to sanctions and possibly contract termination.

Training of Company Employees and Management: Training and updates will be provided to employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management, with a particular focus on reducing slavery and trafficking risks in the supply chain.
